Compensation: $71,000 – $110,000 annually

Your Role

As a therapist at Horizon, you’ll provide high-quality care using evidence-based modalities in a fully remote setting. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting individual therapy sessions

  • Completing assessments and treatment plans

  • Providing crisis support when needed

  • Maintaining accurate documentation

  • Collaborating with healthcare providers and community resources

  • Participating in supervision and peer consultation

  • Upholding ethical standards and cultural humility in all work

Who We’re Looking For

  • Licensed or associate-level LCSW, LPC, or equivalent in Oregon

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

  • Strong ability to connect with clients across diverse backgrounds

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

  • Experience with PTSD or trauma-focused care is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills and documentation habits

  • Passion for high-quality care, learning, and personal growth
