Pronouns: she/her
Hi, I’m Rachel!
Life transitions can feel overwhelming—whether you’re starting college, changing careers, navigating a breakup, or going through a divorce. These moments can leave you feeling stuck, unsure of your next steps, or disconnected from yourself. My passion is helping people like you uncover clarity and build resilience during these pivotal times. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, process past experiences, and develop the tools to move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.
I also work with individuals seeking to process trauma through EMDR therapy. Trauma can weigh heavily, but healing is possible. In our work, we’ll create a safe space to process difficult experiences and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values and aspirations.
My Approach
I believe that every person holds the answers they need within themselves, but sometimes it takes compassionate guidance to rediscover them. My approach is client-centered, meaning you’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m here to support, guide, and encourage you along the way. At the heart of my work is fostering self-compassion—helping you see yourself with kindness and acceptance, even when things feel challenging.
I also draw on social justice values and feminist principles to ensure our work together respects your identity, experiences, and the systems that shape your life. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to reconnect with your strengths and create a life that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
My Clients
I work with adults (18+) across the lifespan and have a special passion for supporting individuals navigating transitionary periods or healing from trauma. Whether you’re:
