Pronouns: she/her

Hi, I’m Rachel!
Whether you’re starting something new, letting go of what no longer fits, or feeling lost somewhere in between, you may find yourself overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally untethered.
You might be someone who already has a strong sense of self—intuitive, reflective, and attuned—but you’re seeking a space to go deeper, to be witnessed and supported as you process, heal, and grow.
Or maybe you’re just beginning to make sense of what’s been happening—dealing with intense anxiety, rigid thinking patterns, or mental loops that don’t quite fit the usual explanations.
Together, we can slow things down, make space for your experience, and build a clearer understanding of your internal world. My approach is warm, curious, and grounded in helping you reconnect with your resilience, whether that means untangling intrusive thoughts or simply creating space to feel and reflect.
My Approach
I believe that every person holds the answers they need within themselves, but sometimes it takes compassionate guidance to rediscover them. My approach is client-centered, meaning you’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m here to support, guide, and encourage you along the way. At the heart of my work is fostering self-compassion—helping you see yourself with kindness and acceptance, even when things feel challenging.
I take a holistic approach to therapy, understanding that true healing involves the mind, body, and emotions working together. By exploring how these parts of your experience interact, we can uncover deeper insights and create lasting change. This intentional focus on your whole self fosters balance, resilience, and a sense of empowerment as you move toward a more aligned and fulfilling life.
I also draw on social justice values and feminist principles to offer a space where you feel seen and supported as you navigate the complexities of your identity and the systems that impact your life—so you can reconnect with your inner wisdom, reclaim your voice, and create a life rooted in meaning, agency, and authenticity.

My Clients
I work with adults (18+) navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or persistent thought patterns—whether they’re deeply self-aware and seeking space to reflect and grow, or just beginning to make sense of what’s been holding them back.
Whether you’re:

Compulsively seeking certainty or control

A Little More About Me
With about a decade of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families, I bring a commitment to compassionate, personalized care that meets each individual where they are. Working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds has shaped my understanding that identities and values do not exist in isolation—they’re deeply influenced by the systems we live within and our relationship to them. This awareness helps me hold space for your unique story while honoring the broader context that shapes it. I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone feels respected, valued, and truly understood. My goal is to foster a safe environment that empowers you to explore your challenges, uncover your strengths, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
Outside of work, I find joy in being outdoors, reading, crafting, and working out. I also cherish time spent with loved ones—and with my cat Althea, who brings me constant comfort and will likely make a cameo in our sessions from time to time.
